Raab broccoli prefers full sun (level 3) and moderate watering (level 2) . Regular growth promotes tender leaves and buds.

Harvesting and preservation

Harvest when the flower buds are still tightly closed , before the flowers open. Check frequently, as optimal quality is achieved over a short but repeated period. Cool immediately after harvesting to preserve freshness. Store at 0°C for 1 to 2 weeks .
