Farming method
Sow directly outdoors as soon as the ground is workable, or start seeds indoors 4 to 6 weeks before planting . Sow at a depth of 0.6 to 1.2 cm , spacing plants 45 to 60 cm apart and rows 75 to 90 cm apart , in rich, deep, well-drained soil .

Harvesting and preservation
