Cultivation method:

Plant 1.5 cm (1/2") deep , spacing plants 30-45 cm (12-18") apart and rows 60 cm (24") apart . Germination takes approximately 10-14 days at an optimum temperature of 23°C (73°F) . This sunflower requires full sun exposure and well-drained soil , with regular watering to support its rapid growth.

Harvest when the flower heads are completely dry on their stems . To protect the seeds from birds and squirrels, place a brown paper bag over the drying head.
