Cultivation method

For best results, sow directly outdoors between September and October, in a location in full sun. This period allows the seeds to benefit from natural stratification, essential for awakening their dormancy. You can also start the seeds indoors between February and early March, in a soilless mix, maintaining a temperature of 20 °C to encourage germination (14-21 days).

After germination, place the seedlings in bright light at a slightly cooler temperature before hardening off and transplanting to the garden. Space the seedlings 12 inches apart to allow them to fully develop.

Bring an elegant and luminous touch to your exteriors with the Rudbeckia 'Goldsturm', an essential perennial plant for a vibrant garden.

The availability of our seeds varies depending on seasonal availability, production schedules and supplier inventory. Certain varieties may only be offered for a limited time based on their natural growth cycle, sowing period or available stock. These product pages are designed to help and inspire gardeners in choosing the right seeds for vegetable gardens, flower beds, pollinator gardens, container growing, naturalization projects and sustainable outdoor spaces.
