Gaia Green Natural Gypsum
Gaia Green Gypsum is a natural mineral amendment used to improve soil structure, especially in heavy and clayey soils. Its richness in calcium and sulfur helps correct certain deficiencies while promoting a better organization of soil particles, which improves air and water circulation in the root zone.
Unlike liming amendments, gypsum does not influence soil pH, allowing it to be used without altering the existing acid-base balance. Its progressive action helps to make the soil looser, limit compaction, and create an environment conducive to root development and biological activity.
Directions for Use
- Spread evenly over the soil surface
- Lightly incorporate to improve effectiveness
- Nutrient amendment: 3.4 to 5.6 kg per 100 m² (0.7 to 1.1 lbs per 100 sq ft)
- Structural improvement: 0.2 to 0.5 kg per m² (0.04 to 0.1 lbs per sq ft)
- Lawns: apply up to 0.5 kg per m² (0.1 lbs per sq ft) then water immediately
- Use up to twice a year as needed
