Hydrangea paniculata ‘Kyushu’ is an elegant and highly architectural shrub hydrangea, valued for its light, slender habit and airy blooms. This variety is distinguished by its elongated, conical panicles, less dense than those of many paniculatas, composed mainly of creamy-white fertile flowers, which gives it a natural and refined appearance. Its overall habit is upright, open, and distinctly taller than it is wide, with a vase-shaped silhouette particularly appreciated in landscape gardens, large beds, and as a specimen plant. The deciduous dark green foliage, narrower and slightly glossy, accentuates the plant's graceful appearance. Like all Hydrangea paniculata, 'Kyushu' blooms on new wood, guaranteeing reliable flowering every summer. Very robust and durable, it is often chosen for its wilder style and its excellent performance in northern climates.
