‘Quick Fire Fab’ Panicle Hydrangea (Hydrangea paniculata ‘Quick Fire Fab’). Hydrangea paniculata ‘Quick Fire Fab’® is a new-generation shrub hydrangea, known for its very early blooming and spectacular color evolution. Developed from the famous ‘Quick Fire’, it stands out with its large, dense conical panicles, composed of a high proportion of sterile flowers, which gives them a denser and more decorative appearance. The flowers open creamy white at the beginning of summer, then quickly turn bright pink before reaching intense raspberry red tones at the end of the season.

To plant ‘Quick Fire Fab’ panicle hydrangea, choose a suitable exposure: sun to partial shade. The recommended soil is: ordinary to rich, well-drained. Maintain regular moisture around the roots, as a sudden drying of the soil can cause the foliage to wilt. Avoid repeated pruning to artificially maintain a small silhouette; instead, choose a space suited to the variety's development. Water the root ball before planting and ensure that water can drain after planting. During establishment, check moisture by hand before watering again.

Allow a width of 1.2–1.5 m (4–5 ft) to organize the placement of this plant in the garden. The indicated height of 1.8–2.1 m (6–7 ft) helps choose its position relative to neighboring plants. Maintain access to the base to weed, check moisture, and remove damaged parts. Associate this variety with plants whose light and water needs are compatible. If you are considering a container, first check that its volume and drainage are suitable for root development. Potted roots are more exposed to cold than those planted in the ground.
