Juniperus horizontalis 'Ice Blue' is a very low-growing, creeping juniper with a spreading and dense habit, prized for its pale steel-blue foliage with silvery reflections, offering a cool and luminous sheen rare among groundcover conifers. Its shape is regular, forming a narrow mat pressed to the ground, with finely textured evergreen foliage that retains its hue in winter.
