Creeping Juniper 'Lime Glow'

FamilyCupressaceae

Juniperus horizontalis 'Lime Glow' is a dwarf creeping juniper with exceptionally bright foliage, whose golden to lemon-yellow summer color changes to copper, orange, and bronze tones in winter. Its very low and spreading irregular cushion habit makes it a unique decorative ground cover for adding contrast and warmth to rockeries, borders, or dwarf conifer beds. Its fine texture and seasonal brilliance visually mark the space, especially when planted in masses or near blue-tinged foliage. Although its growth is moderate, its compact form establishes itself without pruning, in well-drained soil and full sun. Very hardy and undemanding, 'Lime Glow' combines color, structure, and tolerance to harsh conditions in northern climates.
