Cultivation method:
Soak the red lentils in cold water for 8 to 12 hours. Drain them thoroughly, then place them in a sprouting tray or suitable container. Rinse and drain them 2 to 3 times a day to maintain optimal moisture and prevent mold. The sprouts will be ready to eat in 2 to 3 days, once they reach a size of 1 to 3 cm. If you wish to cook them, you can use them as soon as the first sprouts appear.
