A highly prolific heirloom variety, “Benning's Green Tint” produces attractive, pale green, pie-shaped pattypan squash , measuring approximately 10 x 5 cm . Their creamy white flesh is delicious sautéed, roasted, or stuffed. The open, upright, and bushy plants make harvesting very easy and ensure a consistent yield throughout the warm season.
