A heart- shaped heirloom variety, highly prized for its thick , fleshy , very sweet , and aromatic fruits. The plants reach approximately 75 cm in height and produce an abundant harvest of 9 x 6 cm peppers, perfect for stuffing , preserving , pickling, or roasting whole. The fruits ripen from green to a vibrant crimson , fully developing their sweetness and characteristic flavor.

Planting and maintenance:
Start sowing from mid-February to the end of March in a light mix, covering the seeds with 6 mm of potting soil. Maintain a temperature of 21°C for optimal germination. Grow in bright light at 16–21°C until hardened off. Transplant to a sunny location in well-drained soil, spacing plants 30 cm apart and rows 60 cm apart. Avoid excessive nitrogen and weed regularly. Harvest at different stages of maturity (green, red) to discover the full range of flavors. Staking is recommended.
