How to Grow:
Pak Choi grows best when directly sown outdoors from mid-spring onwards. Choose a sunny site with rich, moist soil. Sow seeds 6-13 mm deep and 2.5 cm apart in rows spaced 45 cm apart. For baby greens, thin to 10 cm. For full-size plants, thin to 30-45 cm. To ensure a continuous harvest, sow every two weeks from mid-April to early July. Germination occurs in 10–14 days.
