Potentilla fruticosa 'McKay's White'
Potentilla fruticosa 'McKay's White', also known as McKay's White shrubby cinquefoil, is a deciduous shrub highly valued for its abundant flowering and excellent hardiness. This variety forms a compact and dense bush that fits perfectly into borders, rock gardens, sunny flower beds, and low-maintenance landscapes. From early summer until early autumn, the shrub is covered with a multitude of luminous pure white flowers that elegantly contrast with its fine grayish-green foliage. This prolonged flowering attracts pollinating insects and adds a touch of freshness to the garden for several months. Its regular habit and light texture make it an excellent choice for mass plantings or small gardens. Very hardy and undemanding, this potentilla toler tolerates ordinary soils, drought once established, and urban conditions.
