The English rose 'Harlow Carr' captivates with its perfectly formed, very double, medium pink flowers, with the charm of old-fashioned roses. Their powerful, pure fragrance evokes the Damask rose. It blooms continuously, from early summer until the first frost. The bush is dense, compact, and rounded, reaching approximately 90 to 110 cm, with very healthy dark green foliage.
