The miniature rose 'Tiddly Winks' attracts with its small, bright fuchsia-pink flowers with a yellow center, very luminous, borne in tight clusters. Its flowering is continuous and generous from spring until frost. The compact bush reaches 30 to 40 cm, with hardy dark green foliage. 'Tiddly Winks' is ideal for cheerful pots, window boxes, or lively borders.
