Hardy rose 'Flower Carpet Coral'

Flower Carpet Coral Rose (Rosa ‘Flower Carpet Coral’). The Flower Carpet Coral Rose is a vigorous groundcover rose with a spreading, dense habit, known for its abundant flowering and warm color. It produces a profusion of luminous coral single to semi-double flowers with salmon undertones, which bloom continuously from early summer until the first frosts. Its glossy dark green foliage remains healthy all season thanks to excellent disease resistance. Ideal for slopes, borders, rockeries, or mass plantings, it quickly forms a structured and colorful carpet that requires little maintenance.

To plant the Flower Carpet Coral Rose, choose an appropriate exposure: full sun. The recommended soil is: rich, well-drained. Water at the base and allow air to circulate between the branches. Remove dead parts with a clean tool, then adapt pruning to the rose's group. Winter protection depends on its hardiness and the possible presence of a graft union. Water the root ball before planting and ensure water can drain after planting. During establishment, check the soil moisture by hand before watering again.

Allow a width of 1 m (3.3 ft) to arrange this plant's space in the garden. The indicated height of 80 cm (31 in) helps choose its position relative to neighboring plants. Maintain access to the base for weeding, checking moisture, and removing damaged parts. Associate this variety with plants whose light and water needs are compatible. If you are considering a container, first check that its volume and drainage are suitable for root development. Roots in pots are more exposed to cold than those planted in the ground.
