Unexpected and ever-changing, the hardy rose 'Outta the Blue' intrigues with its double flowers in evolving shades, changing from purple-magenta to blue-violet, depending on the maturity of the flowers and the light. Lightly scented, it offers generous repeat flowering, from early summer until the first frosts.
