Doorenbos snowberry 'Pink Posy'

FamilyCaprifoliaceae

Symphoricarpos × doorenbosii ‘Pink Posy’ is a hybrid snowberry valued for its decorative pink berries and compact habit. This deciduous shrub develops a dense, bushy silhouette, slightly wider than tall, ideal for mass plantings, borders, and small-scale naturalistic plantings. In summer, small, discreet pinkish flowers attract pollinators and are followed by abundant clusters of bright pink berries that persist into autumn, providing significant visual interest. Its medium green foliage forms a subdued backdrop that highlights the colorful berries. Tolerant of ordinary soils and well-suited to cold climates, Symphoricarpos × doorenbosii ‘Pink Posy’ prefers a sunny to semi-shaded exposure for optimal fruiting. It is an excellent choice for adding autumnal color and structure to northern gardens.
