The 'Maréchal Foch' vine is an old hybrid variety highly prized for the vinification of intense red wines with aromas of black fruits and spices. It is renowned for its remarkable hardiness, capable of withstanding very low winter temperatures. Early and productive, it offers beautiful fruit quality, even in difficult conditions. Resistant to disease, it requires little treatment, making it an excellent choice for organic or amateur vineyards. Planted in full sun in well-drained soil, it provides regular harvests of grapes destined for distinctive and balanced wines.
