The 'Seyval' vine is a well-known hybrid white grape variety in cool-climate viticulture, particularly for its precocity and high productivity. It produces beautiful bunches of green grapes with a lively, slightly lemony flavor, often vinified into dry or sparkling white wines. Highly resistant to diseases such as mildew and powdery mildew, it is particularly suited to organic or low-intervention growing methods. It is also appreciated for its ease of adaptation to varied soils and its good performance under short pruning. In well-drained soil and full sun, 'Seyval' ensures regular harvests, with good aromatic potential and a stable yield.
