Its deciduous, medium green foliage forms a dense screen during the season and sometimes takes on beautiful fall colors. The dark red, thick-skinned grape clusters ripen in late summer or early autumn, offering interesting potential for full-bodied red wines.

To plant the ‘Ste-Croix’ grape, choose a suitable exposure: full sun. The recommended soil is: well-drained, fertile, and deep. Install the support before the shoots become long and difficult to guide. Pruning for fruit production depends on the chosen training system.
