Lentil sprouts are crisp, fresh, and slightly earthy, perfect for adding texture and nutritional value to salads, cold soups, or sprout mixes. They germinate very quickly and are among the easiest to grow successfully, even for beginners.
Height: 2 to 4 cm
Spacing: Close-cropped in jars
Sowing: Soaking + indoor germination
Exposure: Darkness or soft light
Quantity per packet: 90g of seeds, untreated, non-GMO
Cultivation method:
Soak the seeds for a few hours, then rinse twice a day, ensuring good drainage. The sprouts will be ready in a few days, or can be left to grow longer for a longer format. Allow to dry slightly before refrigerating.
Soaking
Soak the seeds for 4 to 8 hours.
Yield
Half a tablespoon of seeds produces approximately 2 to 3 cups of crisp sprouts.
Storage
Store the seeds in a cool, dry place. The refrigerator or freezer ensures excellent preservation.
