Alfalfa sprouts are light, delicate, and incredibly versatile. They add a fresh texture to salads, sandwiches, wraps, and bowls. Their quick and easy growth makes them one of the most popular sprouts to produce at home.

Cultivation method:
After soaking, place the seeds in a jar and rinse them morning and evening. The sprouts will develop in a few days, becoming thin and crisp. Dry them lightly before refrigerating to preserve their freshness.

Soak for 4 to 8 hours for even hydration.
Yield
Two tablespoons of seeds produce approximately 3 to 4 cups of light sprouts.
Storage
Store unsprouted seeds in a cool, dry place; the refrigerator or freezer maintains a good germination rate.
