Red radish microgreens
Red radish seeds for sprouting (Raphanus sativus), offered by the seed company Weston Seeds
Red radish sprouts are distinguished by their purplish-red stems and bright green, small leaves. Their lively, peppery flavor is reminiscent of fresh radishes, offering a bold aroma and crisp texture that instantly enhance salads, sandwiches, lunch bowls, or crudité platters. They germinate quickly and bring both color and character to your dishes.
