Rocket sprouts offer a bright, peppery, and slightly spicy flavor that adds character to salads, sandwiches, wraps, and fresh toppings. Their delicate texture and distinctive aroma make them a popular microgreen for instantly enhancing a dish. They germinate quickly and are easy to grow in a simple moist surface.

Cultivation method:
Spread the seeds evenly on a moistened surface such as natural clay, an unbleached towel, or a thin layer of soil. Maintain consistent moisture by misting twice daily. Sprouts are ready in a few days and develop a more pronounced flavor as they grow. Harvest by cutting at the base and allow to dry slightly before refrigerating.
Soaking
No soaking is necessary; rocket seeds germinate quickly as soon as they are moistened.
Yield
Two tablespoons of seeds produce approximately 4 to 6 cups of fresh sprouts, ideal for enhancing various dishes.
Storage
Store unsprouted seeds in a cool, dry place. A refrigerator or freezer provides excellent long-term storage.
