This variety prefers fertile, well-drained soil rich in organic matter, with a pH between 6.5 and 7. Plant the seedlings in small mounds spaced approximately 1 meter apart , in rows 1 to 1.5 meters apart. Regular watering is essential during fruit establishment and growth. At the beginning of the season, protect the plants with cloches or tunnels in cooler regions. Pinching the tips of the stems can encourage faster ripening .

Harvest :

Harvest melons after a good period of sunshine , as this is when they develop their maximum sugar content. Avoid harvesting after heavy rain, which can dilute the flavor. It is recommended to pick them in the evening , after a sunny day, for sweeter and more flavorful fruit.
