Easy to grow at home, red clover microgreens offer unparalleled freshness compared to commercially produced products. Grown without fertilizers or pesticides, they guarantee optimal quality and complete food safety. Latin name: Trifolium pratense
Type: Sprouts and microgreens
Pre-soaking: 8 to 12 hours
Rinse/drain: 2 to 3 times a day
Production time:
– Germs: 5 to 6 days
– Microgreens: 5 to 14 days
Yield: Approximately 7:1 (seeds)
Formulation: Organic

Cultivation method:

Soak the red clover seeds for 8 to 12 hours , then drain them thoroughly. To sprout , place the seeds in a sprouting tray or suitable container, free of soil. Rinse and drain 2 to 3 times a day , ensuring the water never stagnates.

For microgreens , sow the seeds after soaking them on a tray, with or without substrate, and maintain consistent moisture . Cultivation requires no soil, transplanting, or repotting . Once germination is well underway, expose the seedlings to indirect light to encourage leaf development.

Harvest :

Sprouts are ready to harvest after 5 to 6 days , while microgreens are ready when at least two well-formed leaves appear, between 5 and 14 days depending on conditions. Cut at the base with clean scissors and consume quickly to fully enjoy freshness.

Home-grown sprouts generally last longer than commercially grown ones, since they have not undergone transport or prolonged storage.

Sweet, nutritious and easy to grow all year round!

With their high protein content, delicate flavor, and easy cultivation, organic red clover microgreens are an excellent choice for discovering or deepening your knowledge of raw food. Grown at home, they guarantee freshness, quality, and enjoyment, day after day.
