Cultivation method:
Sow indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost. Maintain a temperature of 72-80°F (22-26°C) for best germination. Transplant outdoors after last frost into fertile, rich, well-drained soil. Place seedlings in full sun and space them about 2 feet apart. Water regularly to encourage healthy growth and stake seedlings to support them.
