Sow directly into the ground as soon as the soil is workable in spring or late summer for a fall harvest. Plant seeds 1 to 2 cm deep, spacing rows 30 cm apart. For best growth, Space F1 spinach prefers well-drained soil, rich in organic matter and nitrogen. Maintain regular watering, especially in hot weather, to prevent premature bolting.

For continuous harvests, pick the outer leaves as they mature, while allowing the plant to produce new shoots. This spinach, thanks to its upright foliage, remains clean even in humid conditions, which makes it easier to maintain and harvest.
