Cultivation method:

Soak the seeds for 8 to 12 hours, then drain and place in a sprouter or on moist substrate. Keep the seeds at room temperature of 68 to 72°F (20 to 22°C), exposing them to indirect natural light after the first few days to promote chlorophyll and green color. No daily rinsing is necessary for these sprouts.
