Planting 'Creamer Combo' potatoes
Preparing the tubers
Before planting , let the tubers germinate in a bright, cool place for 2 to 3 weeks.
Do not cut these small potatoes, plant them whole for a better yield.
Planting method
1Choose a well-drained, light soil rich in organic matter.
2Plant the tubers 10 cm (4") deep , spaced 30 cm (12") apart.
3Cover with soil and water lightly.
Buttage
When the plants reach 20 cm (8") in height, mound soil around the stems to encourage tuber production and protect them from the sun.
