This ornamental kale is distinguished by its ruffled foliage with vibrant pink or purple centers. Larger and wider than standard varieties, it reaches 50 to 70 cm and creates a striking visual effect as other flowers fade. Highly cold-hardy, it's a must-have for adding late-season color and enlivening autumn flowerbeds.

Planting and maintenance:
For indoor sowing, start about 6 weeks before the last frost, in a soilless mix. Sow 12 mm deep and maintain a temperature of around 20°C for germination. After emergence, grow at 14°C until transplanting. For outdoor sowing, sow between mid-May and mid-June ; germination occurs in 10 to 14 days . Once the seedlings are 5 cm tall , thin them to 60 cm apart to allow them to fully develop their size and striking color.
