A semi-bush variety, 'Aspen' produces 3 to 5 pumpkins per plant, each spherical , dark orange , and weighing on average 8 to 9 kg with a diameter of approximately 25 cm . The fruits have a strong, heavy stem , highly valued for carving and handling. Reliable, productive, and with good storage qualities, it is ideal for both home gardens and ornamental crops. Sow only when the soil is thoroughly warmed, ideally 25°C or higher.

Planting and maintenance:
Plant in full sun , in rich, loose, well-drained soil. Wait until the soil reaches at least 25°C ( 77°F) before sowing, as pumpkin seeds dislike cold. Water deeply and regularly to support fruit development. Leave plenty of space around the semi-bushy plants. Harvest when the skin is hard and uniformly orange, then let it dry in the sun for a few days to improve storage.
