Its pale yellow , fine-grained flesh offers a very sweet taste and remarkable culinary quality. The fruits, weighing approximately 750 g and measuring 10 × 12 cm , are perfect for baking, stuffing, or autumn dishes. This variety is resistant to powdery mildew , productive, and surprisingly underrated!

Planting and maintenance:

Bush varieties require less space than long-vine varieties, yet remain very productive. Water deeply but not soggy to prevent disease. Harvest when the skin is firm and well-colored. Allow to dry for a few days before storing to extend shelf life.
