A heritage variety cultivated since the late 1890s , 'Scarlet Globe' produces superb, glossy, scarlet-red roots with crisp , very sweet , white flesh. Its medium-sized foliage, approximately 7.5 cm , makes harvesting easy. This variety performs particularly well in sandy or slightly dry soils, making it an excellent choice for a wide range of gardens.

Planting and maintenance:
