Farming method

Soak the seeds in lukewarm water for up to 12 hours to promote even germination. Sow directly outdoors as soon as the soil is workable, at a depth of 0.6 to 1.2 cm , in loose, cool, and well-drained soil . Space the plants 15 to 30 cm apart and the rows 30 to 45 cm apart to allow for good foliage development.

Coriander prefers partial sun/partial shade (level 2) and regular watering (level 2) . Consistent soil moisture helps maintain leaf tenderness and delays bolting.

Harvesting and preservation

Harvest the leaves when they reach about 10 cm in height , regularly trimming the outer stems to encourage regrowth. The leaves should be eaten immediately after harvesting to fully enjoy their fresh, vibrant aroma. Frequent harvesting will extend the production period.
