Provide full sun (level 3) and moderate watering (level 2). Provide a sturdy trellis , as the plant climbs quickly. Germination takes 8 to 10 days at around 26°C , its ideal temperature. To stagger the harvest, sow at 3-week intervals .
Harvesting and preservation
Harvest immature pods for fresh consumption. For dried beans, wait until the pods are fully mature and dry , ensuring good air circulation to prevent moisture buildup.
Store only dry seeds , in an airtight container away from moisture.
