Farming method

Prepare the ground by carefully removing any weeds . Spread the mixture evenly , then lightly rake to ensure good seed-to-soil contact. Sow seeds no more than 3 mm (1/8 in) deep. Firm the soil lightly, then keep it moist until germination, which occurs in 15 to 28 days at around 18–21 °C (optimum 15 °C). Sow in late spring , early summer , or late autumn when the soil temperature drops below 4.4 °C to avoid winter germination. Plant in partial sun/partial shade (level 2), with moderate watering (level 2). Space plants approximately 8 cm apart and leave 90 cm between planting areas for even establishment.

Harvesting and preservation

Depending on the species, harvest the fresh flowers for rustic bouquets . Allow plenty of flowers to produce seeds to maintain natural reseeding and ensure continuous flowering year after year.
