Did you know that
The name "French Breakfast" comes from the habit of 19th-century Parisian merchants who ate these crisp radishes early in the morning, accompanied by bread, butter, and a little salt, before opening their stalls. Their elongated shape was designed for easy dipping , and their mild flavor made them an energizing snack. Even today, they are highly prized in French cuisine for their ability to remain tender even when they grow slightly larger.
