How to Grow:
Toy Choi thrives best when directly sown outdoors in mid-spring. Choose a sunny site with rich, moist soil. Sow seeds 6 mm deep and 2.5 cm apart, with 45 cm between rows. Thin seedlings to 30 cm once established. For a continuous harvest, sow every two weeks from mid-April to late June. Germination occurs in 8–12 days.
