This seed mix is specially designed for shaded areas, where the lack of sun limits the growth of traditional grass. Composed of high quality varieties adapted to our climate, it offers a dense and resistant lawn. Thanks to the presence of endophytes in ryegrass and fescue, it naturally repels leaf insects, thus reducing the need for chemical treatments.
Uses: Ideal for lawns located under trees, near buildings or in areas with low sunlight.
Composition :
- 55% Creeping Red Fescue – Promotes dense, uniform coverage
- 30% Perennial ryegrass (ryegrass) – Fast germination and resistance to trampling
- 10% Poa trivialis Laser – Excellent shade tolerance and fine growth
- 5% Grass Fescue – Completes the mix with an aesthetic and resistant texture

Instructions for use:
To sow a new lawn:
1 Remove all debris and spread 10 to 15 cm (4 to 6 in) of potting soil.
2 Rake the surface and sow the seeds evenly.
3 Keep the soil moist until the lawn is fully established.
To increase the density of an existing lawn:
1 Sow evenly over the lawn.
2 Make sure the seeds come into direct contact with the soil.
3 Water lightly to encourage germination.
